Naad Yoga Teacher Training

starting 9th October 2022 online with Méhar Kaur in French. For English, please refer to

A journey from stress to success: understanding how our emotions compose our life to consciously and naturally convert negativity into an act of meaningful expression that creates a happy, healthy present, with balance. The process is similar to how music is composed. Naad Yoga uses musical modes and human emotions as raw material for personal development.

A three-year programme, focused on preparing you through experience for mastery in life. Tuning, listening, rhythm, singing, chakras, senses, emotional signatures, moods and silence are the ten keys you will use to open the door of composition.

Six yogic instruments - bowed, plucked and percussion - have been used in ancient times as tools to build a spiritual bridge between body, mind and soul. We will use one - the Dilruba, for its simplicity and beauty.  The key note is always there, at the tip of your fingers, ready to support and anchor your voice and your ear, like a faithful tutor, so you can express, learn and grow.
